The service was really good, and the room was spotless. It’s close to the train station, which made the location convenient. We had a great night there.

Mrs. Heeschen was so kind and understanding when we had a small mishap. She handled it with real care, and the welcome we received made me feel comfortable and looked after throughout the stay. The hotel itself was cozy, clean, and luxurious, and well placed for exploring Hamburg. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We had a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely come back on our next trip to Hamburg. Thank you for everything.

There’s no elevator, and the hotel has four floors. Inside, it was clean and cozy, quiet and well insulated, and breakfast was good. Just be careful heading to the right: about 100 meters away there’s trash and some unsavory people.

We were expecting a room with a sofa bed and bathroom, but got a two-bedroom apartment with a full bathroom, an extra toilet, and a lounge. The decor has a lovely royal, Manor House feel, and those small extra touches made the stay feel special. The hotel is beautifully furnished and very clean, close to the Altstadt and harbour. Our bedrooms were large, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was simple but excellent. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. We felt very privileged to stay there.

The area feels a bit dodgy, though the location is handy and you can walk to the main station. Our room was spacious, with a walk-in cabinet and even a small kitchenette. The bathroom was quite small but usable. It’s not the most modern hotel, but it was clean and well maintained. Check-in was easy, and the staff were very friendly.
