Altona was a convenient base for us, with good connections and a quiet feel while still being close to central Hamburg. The NH Hotel Hamburg Altona was modern and very clean, and I found it peaceful and relaxing. My room was spacious and comfortably furnished, with everything I needed. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. It was a complete success for my first stay here, and I’m already looking forward to returning. I can easily see this becoming my hotel of choice in Hamburg. Thanks for a wonderful experience, I highly recommend it.

The check-in team offered us welcome drinks and free ice cream during the heat wave. Since we had a toddler with us, they also kindly gave us a small toy. All the hotel staff were warm and friendly, with service that felt like a five-star hotel. Firdha was especially kind and helped with our request in a very solution-focused way.

The room was a great size and breakfast was fantastic. I specifically chose this hotel for the gym, and I really liked having it. The wellness area is lovely too. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and I’d happily come back anytime.
