Clean and nice, with really nice staff.

The room door let through every hallway noise, and the windows leaked. The blinds didn't work, several baseboards were loose, and some had nails sticking out, which was a real safety hazard. Torn wallpaper was peeling off in places. The room itself was filthy: the shower was old and rusty, the sinks had hair in them, and the toilet brush was heavily soiled. Hygiene clearly wasn't a priority. This was by far the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. There's no way I can leave a positive review, and my colleagues feel the same. I can't recommend this place for personal or business stays.

The one good thing was the parking. I found breakfast meager and uninspired, and the sausage already had dry edges. It's also hard to judge the service when all that's offered is a phone number. Several parts of the rooms badly need renovation. I had booked a double room for business, but was given a single instead, with the explanation that the previous guest had taken the key. Nobody told me beforehand; if they had, I would have canceled. You pay more and get less. Room 18, under the roof, felt very dated and somewhat neglected, and there was already mold in the bathroom. In winter, I had only a thin summer blanket. The room was extremely noisy, and the shower rod wouldn't stay in place while I showered, so I had to push it back into its holder. I won't book this room again and can't recommend the hotel.

The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is wonderful. Our clean rooms were nicely furnished, and check-in with a code was easy. There's even a coffee pod machine in the room. We'd love to come back.
