The room was spotless, and the booking and PIN check-in were really easy. It had the basics we needed, plus there’s a parking garage and a nice bakery only steps away. But the noise was a lot. We had to keep the window open because our third-floor room was warm, and the döner shop below had loud music and people talking over it until midnight on Sunday. Getting up there means climbing a narrow staircase with a ton of steps. The bathroom was tiny, and with the toilet wedged between the wall and shower, my husband couldn’t use it with the shower door closed. A larger person definitely wouldn’t fit. There was nowhere for our suitcases except the floor, and the off-brand coffee packet was undrinkable. The room’s cleanliness is what kept me from rating it lower.

You walk straight out into restaurants and shops, which made the location fantastic. The rooms were nicely set up and very clean, and we loved how easy the PIN check-in made coming and going. It’s right downtown, so weekends or holidays might be noisy, but our Friday night was fine.

I was in town for a few days of seminars at Heraeus, and this little efficiency hotel worked really well for a business trip. The entrance is an easy walk away. I arrived late and check-in was a bit tricky since they close early, but they made arrangements so someone could be there for me.

The room was filthy when I checked in, there was no room service, and when the toilet paper ran out it never got replaced. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. DO NOT STAY HERE!
