Dining outdoors at the Ratskeller is a must if that's your thing. The food is awesome, and service is both friendly and quick.

The service was the best part of our restaurant visit. There were three of us, and the staff were warm, courteous, and attentive. The food was a mixed bag: the bratwurst and cordon bleu were tasty, but the fried potatoes were only browned in places and we thought the dishes needed more seasoning. Portions were quite small, though they'd probably suit people with smaller appetites.

Sunday's meal was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the owner was in great spirits. We're sorry the Ratskeller is closing, but even with a 90 km drive, we'll definitely visit this fantastic restaurant again. A little tip: you could kill for the Kaiserschmarrn! 😱😃👍
