Breakfast was really tasty, and the room was the real surprise. It has a full kitchen, and the ceilings are incredibly high, at least 20 feet. I came expecting a normal room and only noticed how unusual it was once I turned on the lights. There were a couple of small letdowns: just one cushion and a small blanket, and no hot meat at breakfast. Still, for a room like that, those things were easy to overlook. I hadn't paid much attention to what I booked, I just needed a weekend room in Hanover, and you left me impressed. AMAZING!

The rooms are roomy and the staff are nice. For an English-themed bed and breakfast, though, I expected a kettle, tea, and milk. It felt strange to find the kitchen completely empty and then be asked to pay extra to use the cups. It would be nice if those basics were provided.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the building and its surroundings make for a stunning location. I don't usually leave reviews, but this stay was the best I've had in a hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and breakfast was delicious, with organic products, fresh vegetables, pancakes, and more. I'd definitely like to come back!

Getting around was easy, with the U just a few minutes from the main station. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and the room was comfortable. The front desk staff were great. I was surprised to find a city tax due even though I'd paid the booking in full in advance. The kitchen area was completely empty. I understand there's a €20 deposit and an €8 fee if you want to cook, but a kettle or even a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice. The floor corners were dusty, as was the bathroom mirror, so the cleaning could have been better.
