Little kids have so much to do here, they never get bored.

The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly too. There are toys for children inside and out, and the pony rides were a real highlight. Ending the day by roasting bread on a stick over the campfire was great.

The pony farm is fantastic. You can borrow a pony whenever you like, and children can have riding lessons. I think there are horses for adults too. There’s also a petting zoo and a big playground with plenty of ride-on toys, from Bobby cars and scooters to bicycles and go-karts. Some of the vehicles are in rough shape, so be careful with them. The two barbecue huts are a nice place to make campfire bread, especially if you’re here with friends. Breakfast was small but had everything we needed. Our apartment was beautifully furnished and very well equipped, down to the little details. We had a lovely holiday, though the weather didn’t cooperate. There are plenty of excursions nearby for rainy days. The farm is somewhat remote, so you need a car to get lunch or dinner. Cooking in the apartment is the only alternative, and that wasn’t what we wanted. For us, relaxing means not having to think about anything, but that’s a personal preference. I’m judging this from my own point of view. It would probably be even nicer with friends, since the kids can do so much together. I’m taking off a star because of the out-of-the-way location and because, in our view, the price is high for what’s offered. If you’re mainly coming for a riding holiday, though, it’s probably worth it.
