The people here are incredibly warm, friendly and generous, and went above and beyond to make us happy. The food was delicious, with generous portions, at both breakfast and dinner. We loved the wellness area, especially the lovely pool and sauna, and the hydro massage. There were plenty of places to sit with enough privacy. After a long, cold walk, I loved relaxing by the pool in the hanging chairs with a good book. We booked a basic room, but it was very spacious, with a sitting area, couch and table. It was modern and cosy, and the bathroom was nice and clean. We had a fantastic time and absolutely loved this hotel. I'll definitely be back!

We chose the cheapest room option, and it was large and comfortable, with a seating area, a clean feel, a great atmosphere, and a spacious modern bathroom. It had clearly been redecorated in recent years, and we especially liked the warm towels. Everyone working at this family-run place went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The hotel is in a tiny village, just right for the quiet winter hikes we wanted to do. The pool and spa area isn't huge, but it's very clean and there's plenty to try. We particularly enjoyed the waterbed hydromassage. With half board, breakfast was extensive, and having a glass of sekt while serving ourselves in the morning was a nice touch. The four-course dinner was different each day, always on point, and came with a choice of main dish and more food than we could manage. Service was professional, warm and friendly.

We found the room, restaurant and pool comfortable and pleasant, and I was happy with breakfast too. Dinner was a bit disappointing because I had high expectations, but it's still a hotel restaurant I'd like to visit again. Thank you.

I lived in Deutschland for about a year and have traveled quite a bit. Hands down, this was the best experience. The other hotels couldn't hold a candle to hotel hanses.
