The service was very good and friendly, and the room was clean and fully equipped. The building has been completely renovated and is centrally located: about a five-minute walk from Marchsee, Neues Rathaus and Hannover Museum, and a twenty-minute walk from Kröpcke.

At night, the hotel was so quiet I wasn't expecting it given the location. Maschsee and the city center are both about a 10-minute walk away. The room felt new, with modern furniture, a nice bathroom, and everything was very clean. Staff were really friendly, and check-in and check-out were easy. There was even an iron and ironing board for anyone who wants to stay discreet. We'll definitely come back.
