It's a basic hotel with everything you need, though nothing fancy. Some rooms have carpet across the whole floor, and it's a long way from the city center, with a 10 minute walk to the nearest S-bahn. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well cleaned.

The outdoor surroundings were beautiful and clean, and our room was pretty clean too. We did get one with recycling bins right below the window, but that was okay.

During trade shows or other high-demand periods, charging 400€+ per night is unacceptable for the service provided. The rooms have no water bottle, there are single beds, and there are plenty of other shortcomings.

Everything was great apart from the internet on Android. My three Android devices couldn't connect, while it worked fine on Apple. Not the end of the world.

6/10
We were a bit disappointed. The room was outdated, with a stained dirty carpet and scuffed walls, and didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. It was bearable for an overnight stay, but staying longer would have been a pain. The best parts were the nice reception staff, good parking, and plenty of bathroom towels. The place needs work to meet some standard. A small fridge and kettle should be standard in the rooms. There's no air conditioning, so it gets quite hot in summer.
