I had a really nice stay, and I'd choose the place again if I return to Hannover. The room was clean and very good, and the location was convenient, around a five-minute walk from the city center with good subway connections.
The staff were kind and friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I felt at ease there. I'd be glad to come back. Highly recommend!
For 50 euros a night, I think 40 euros would have felt about right. The value for money was okay overall. My only issue was the power outlets in the room.
The room was spacious and spotless, with complimentary water, tea, and espresso. Reception made us feel very welcome, and all the staff were friendly. The hotel is fairly close to both the station and city center. For the price, I definitely recommend it. I only just noticed the negative reviews, and honestly can't understand them.
The bathroom had mold, and the radiator in the living area was crooked. It wasn't properly clean either, with dirty corners and a toilet downstairs that needed more attention. It was noisy, too. We put up with it for our short stay, but wouldn't come back. The price doesn't match what you get.
