Stephansstift

I've been here four times now, and the rooms have always been in excellent, very clean condition. The staff are friendly and do their best to help. Breakfast and lunch are excellent quality and served with great care. I feel very comfortable here and will gladly come back. To everyone reading this review, I wish God's rich blessings through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Savior, and Redeemer!

The food was the standout for us at the seminar, with a generous mix of dishes for vegans, vegetarians, and everyone else, all made with care by the lovely chef. We’re already looking forward to coming back in February. The rooms are basic but spotless, and the mattresses are comfortable. We also got a warm welcome, and they were happy to sort out our arrival arrangements and requests for different pillows or blankets.

That buffet during the training was such a treat, varied and really delicious. Please pass on a big thank you to the chef! We were welcomed so warmly, and the rooms were very clean. Looking forward to February 23rd.

There are far too many thefts, and residents are treated as if they have no legal capacity, with staff openly threatening them with “measures.” Care workers can be horribly unfriendly and insulting, and residents’ rooms are searched while they’re away. It feels like mafia-like structures, with numerous criminal complaints filed. Stay away, they cheat wherever they can. Some staff seem to have serious criminal intent, and the Hanover public prosecutor’s office has already opened several investigations over repeated violence.
