We got in late in the evening, and the room had a bad smell. Then the power went out, and the shower drain backed up until the bathroom flooded. We called reception several times but kept getting redirected to an AI. In the morning I tried to speak with the owner about what had happened, but I wasn't happy with the resolution. Terrible experience.

The breakfast was great, with lots of choices and different kinds of eggs. I loved that the coffee machine used real beans instead of powdered coffee. Our big room was very clean, with a gas fireplace and a shower with lots of heads. It's a nice location near Flensburg Fjord and the city of Flensburg, and a good hotel if you're sightseeing in Southern Jutland or Denmark.
