Hotel Wassersleben

The food was amazing, especially the grand marnier crepe. Thanks for the care you put into the table decorations and cakes. Our hostess did an awesome job, please pass on our thanks. Service was very good, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Dining here feels sophisticated, with a breathtaking view. The hotel rooms are nice given the building's size and age, and the breakfast is fantastic, with nothing missing. Last but not least, the service was excellent and professional.

The kitchen is excellent, and the meals have never disappointed me. It's a great spot right by the water, especially in summer when you can enjoy the outdoor seating.

Just north of the hotel there's a small sandy beach that's busy in summer, plus a good playground for kids. A pleasant walking path starts right outside, and the council plans to renovate the promenade soon, which could make the area even more appealing. The hotel itself sits right by Flenburg Fjord, looking across to the Naval Academy of Flensburg (Germany) and the forest of Kollund (Denmark). There's also a little harbor just outside. In summer you can sit outdoors with a drink or enjoy their exquisite food. Lovely place, and the service and food at the hotel are great!
