I had a really enjoyable stay, and the staff made the difference. At breakfast, Haxhi handled a major problem for me quickly and communicated well. His female colleague was kind and helpful too, and the breakfast itself was excellent, with careful attention to detail. At reception, the "tattooed guy" was friendly and professional and gave me the best advice for my questions. Simon

The room was simple, but it had what I needed and felt warm and cozy on a cold day. Everything was very clean. The rooms aren't the most modern and soundproofing could be better, but the service was excellent from arrival through breakfast to checkout. Reception and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is cute and welcoming, with a little bar and comfortable sofas. For a small hotel, breakfast was great, with plenty of food and even a pancake machine. I'd definitely come back. A friendly team really does stay with you, even more than a fancy hotel where the staff are unfriendly.

The room was really nice and clean, and the service was great. The bathrooms could use a better clean, and the shower curtain seems to follow you around. It's a pretty solid hostel, though getting to public transport means walking at least 10 minutes whichever way you go.

The setting was quiet, and check-in was super easy. The underground and S-Bahn stations are about a 10-minute walk away. I picked this because it was one of the cheaper choices I could find for an almost last-minute Berlin trip. It looks better in the photos, though. I liked being able to book breakfast only for the days I wanted it. Useful tip, it may be cheaper to book through their official website.
