8/10
A few bathroom things were broken, so the hotel could use some work to keep up its standard. They offered us another room straight away. The location is handy for walking into the city centre, the staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good with plenty of variety.

8/10
The location is excellent, with lots of places easy to reach on foot, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were spotless, with no complaints there. Our south-facing room had no air conditioning and just one window, and the standing fan barely helped. We were practically melting until a thunderstorm came through. I also didn't like that the double bed had split mattresses. The beige carpet looked cozy but had quite a few stains, and wasn't great for my dust mite allergy.

There’s very little parking for larger cars, and the place feels a bit dated overall. Still, everything was clean.
