8/10
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with big windows and tasteful design. The little rooftop sauna is a highlight. But service has really gone downhill over the last few years. The reserved staff at reception are rarely around, so it's hard to ask even simple questions. Breakfast was a big disappointment. The sleepy, indifferent staff reluctantly brought extra scrambled eggs and tea, as though we'd asked for their best champagne or their youngest child. The restaurant and bar feel like a missed opportunity. In the past, they served homemade spreads and well-prepared food in a much livelier, more welcoming and charming atmosphere.

A plentiful breakfast and great service made this a really nice experience. Couldn't have been better.
