The staff were really helpful, and free parking, Wi-Fi and a decent choice of TV channels were welcome. Breakfast was very good and included with the room. The shower stall was narrow but usable, though there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom when the sink or shower was running. The carpet in the room could use repairs, and the lobby and dining room sometimes smelled strongly of cigarette smoke in the evenings.

After a long drive, it was easy to reach the hotel, and there was plenty of parking. We liked relaxing in the lovely beer garden. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, and the staff were warm and attentive.

A cozy, very nice hotel with really comfortable beds and a good range at breakfast. The reception service was pleasant. I'd recommend it for families.

The staff's thoughtful attention lifted this otherwise very average chain hotel. It's in an industrial area with unremarkable surroundings, but the location works well for Frankfurt: the station is a short walk away, with regular S-Bahn and Regional-Bahn trains. The large Kuhkopf nature reserve is also nearby, though it's still about a 25-minute walk.

The room was comfortable, and both breakfast and Wi-Fi were good. Parking was good too. The hotel is about half an hour from the airport.
