Hotel Göller

The indoor pool was clean, lunch tasted good, and there were plenty of parking spots. The room was clean too, though it had some faults. The mattresses were hard, and it was noisy enough to hear everything from the neighbors and kitchen. Breakfast was poor quality.

We didn't manage to get a good night's sleep either night. The room was too hot, and traffic noise from the street outside continued through the evening and night. Still, the staff were friendly, breakfast was okay, and hygiene and care for the environment were good. We also had a delicious dinner made with fresh wild mushrooms. The chef was friendly and happy to adapt the recipe to suit vegan requirements.

The rooms have the usual European hotel setup, with twin beds pushed together and separate comforters. I'd stay again. The staff were friendly and fun, and the restaurant was wonderful, with dedicated waitstaff.

Booking said pets were allowed in the rooms, but when we arrived they wouldn't let our pet in. Instead, they wanted to give us two separate rooms for almost twice the price we'd already agreed on. Later, an unhelpful staff woman flicked the hotel lights at us and made us leave. After a short discussion, we decided to find another hotel.
