Great.

The terrace was a real plus, a nice place to eat or relax, and usually cooler than the room. The shared kitchen is pretty well equipped too. My single room was tiny, but clean, with its own very small bathroom. They changed the sheets and towels each week. In summer it gets quite hot inside, and there’s no air conditioning. Street noise is the main drawback: with the window open it’s very loud, and even shut it isn’t fully quiet. Keeping it closed makes the heat hard to bear.

The outside noise is a real problem. Closing the windows helps with that, but then the room gets so warm it’s hard to sleep. The single room and bathroom are both very small, and the furniture could use replacing. The bed reminded me of youth hostels, with separate bunk beds pushed together, though the mattress was okay. The TV is tiny and the sound is poor, and Wi-Fi doesn’t reach everywhere. Still, it’s quite okay here. What can I complain about? We’re just mechanics.

Finding reception is a little unusual, it’s reached through the solarium on the ground floor, but once there everything went smoothly. There’s free parking in the neighborhood. The room was clean, though noise came through from both the street and the other rooms.
