10/10
The breakfast was fine, but the broken radio and the interior made the place feel more like a youth hostel than a hotel. What really stood out was the service, though. The reception and bar staff were exceptionally friendly, welcomed us warmly, and gave us plenty of tips on restaurants, sights, where to go, and which local beer to try.

8/10
The room felt almost suite-sized, and breakfast had a lot to choose from, including freshly squeezed orange juice, Sekt, cooked options, and a cold buffet. The main restaurant was closed, but the many places to eat in town meant that wasn't a problem. We were there just after the Christmas break, when the hotel had only reopened and wasn't fully up and running yet, but the staff made it feel fully operational. Its spot in a residential area seemed unusual, but worked well, and the town, with shops, restaurants, and historic sights, was about a 10-minute walk away.

6/10
The breakfast is excellent and great value, and the staff are really friendly and dedicated. It's a quiet area, with plenty of comfortable beds and probably the most powerful shower I've ever used. A perfectly good place to stay. I'll definitely come back.

The food and bar were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place is a little old, but clean, neat, and tidy, and good value.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, and pleasant service staff. Be sure to try a Moritz Fiege beer while you're there.
