We were just passing through Germany on our way to Czech, and Michael and crew made the evening great. The food was amazing, with Gluten-Free options too. The Ox Cheeks were so tender, and the schnitzel was authentic. We also had the chicken with its creamy sauce and pike perch with summer veggies. I'd recommend reserving if you want to sit outside. Thanks for a wonderful evening, 100 stars!

The breakfast was good quality, with fresh products, and the food at the restaurant was very good too. It's a lovely place with a great terrace and really friendly crew. My one small complaint is the bathroom: fine for one person, but a bit tight for two. Still a great place to stay, and I'll certainly come back.

The staff were really nice, and having private parking is handy if you're arriving by car. The location is a little out of town, but convenient that way. The room was large, the bed was fine, and breakfast was OK. It was a bit noisy since we were next to the stairs and above the breakfast hall. The bathroom and doors need renovation; fixing those would make the room much better.

A really comfortable room, a great atmosphere, and staff who were super friendly and helpful. I had an excellent weekend at Hotel Hiemann. Recommended if you're looking for a nice, quiet place a little outside Leipzig!

The beer garden is gorgeous, and there's a great choice of wine and local beers. We had fantastic food in a lovely atmosphere, with very helpful staff who brought us menus in English. A perfect way to spend the evening.
