LOGINN Hotel Leipzig

The service was horrible. During breakfast, a rude waitress and a young waiter, who seemed too young to be working there, interrupted me three times. They had no name tags, and the boy wouldn't tell me his name. Then I was told to move to the table right next to mine because I couldn't sit where I was with my calm dog. It had been fine the day before, and nobody had told me some tables were dog-friendly and others weren't. The hotel claims to welcome pets, but that didn't feel true at all. The rooms are tiny, the air was really bad, and things promised on the booking weren't included. It felt like a cheap flight where a low price ends up costing more, with terrible customer service. The hotel is overpriced. Don't book here. The place next door is much better value, and there are plenty of other options nearby.

The rooms, breakfast, and location near messe were nice and practical, but the staff were the big letdown. There were maybe one or two people who were good, while the rest were a catastrophe. We stayed for over a month for an event in Leipzig, so we had plenty of time to see how little help or problem-solving we got despite what we were paying. We were even stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes. We pressed the help button, and the elevator support team said the hotel wasn't answering their calls. The hotel didn't help, and didn't even apologize. If you're hoping for friendly, service-minded staff, this isn't the hotel for you.

Check-in went smoothly, and I booked through Agoda. There's underground and on-site parking, plus quite a few spaces along the street on the way there. The highway is right nearby, but the room was surprisingly quiet. It's a long way from the city center, so unless you're on a budget or visiting the market halls, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was comfortable and more than adequate, with good hygiene. They'd made up a bed for the baby and left an extra set of towels. There's a big parking lot and four Tesla chargers. They're on the slower side, but better than nothing. Breakfast was nice too. The room felt a bit stuffy, and the ventilation seemed weak. We managed by leaving the balcony window open overnight. We'd come back.
