The main drawback for me was the hotel-room feel and the lack of a proper dining table. You’re left sitting at a tiny desk with a chair and stool, or going out to eat, and breakfast café choices in a new development in Leipzig are probably limited. The apartment itself is tastefully furnished, with even the autumn decorations arranged with care. I didn’t find any serious cleanliness issues. It’s a one-room place in a new development, though the buildings look a bit dated. As a Berliner, I found the AirBnB-like setup a little odd. I don’t know Leipzig’s housing situation, but apparently the tenant, landlord, and city of Leipzig don’t mind. Aside from the desk, I can’t think of anything negative.

The apartment is furnished with care, and it had everything we needed, from a hairdryer to a refrigerator 😀 We’ve rarely felt so comfortable. Highly recommended. 👌

I’m very happy with the room. It’s spacious enough, and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is smaller, but quite adequate.
