We arrived at 21:45 after getting stuck in traffic due to construction. My husband had called to say we’d be late, and they only said okay, without explaining what to do if we arrived later than expected or after hours. When we got there, there was no way to check in. We rang the doorbell several times and got no answer, and nobody called to check how far away we were or tell us what to do. We also tried calling, with no answer. I lost $162 and had to find another hotel at the last minute. This place needs better after-hours procedures, or at least needs to tell people there’s no after-hours check-in. My number is saved when I book through Priceline, and hotels have called it before. Maybe they shouldn’t offer after-hours check-in if there’s no system in place to support it.

We’ve stayed here several times with our kids and keep coming back because it’s always comfortable, clean, and friendly. The apartments are really cozy and spacious, the host is very nice, and there are games for the kids and a pleasant outdoor seating area. We like it a lot.
