The food was a highlight: my cordon bleu-style dish with fries and the apple strudel were both delicious, and the portions were huge. Everything came out fresh and quickly. The drinks were tasty too, and the pumpkin soup was the best I've ever had. Lucas was incredibly kind and helpful. He checked us into our room, then served us at dinner and again when we returned for dessert. I was told the hotel and restaurant have different owners, though some of the staff seemed to work in both places. There was plenty of parking out front, but the room across the hall from the restaurant got very busy with people stopping for drinks after work. Our room was a good size with lots of closet space, and I liked having a balcony for some fresh air. The shower was roomy too.

We booked a night here for visiting friends. The rooms were nice, and we'd happily recommend the hotel to them. Breakfast was included, though the buffet was just okay and didn't have much selection.

The food was a welcome change from fast food, and the bedroom was clean and comfortable. It's a friendly, welcoming hotel in a nice setting, about 20 minutes from Munich airport. Very good, and not pretentious.

Fair prices and a great atmosphere, with delicious local food made from ingredients from local farmers. You can't go wrong here.
