Best Western Plus Hotel am Vitalpark

The spa is what makes this feel like a whole hotel complex. There’s a heated indoor pool, a saltwater pool, saunas, jacuzzies, and a cafeteria. It can get crowded, but the area is very clean and well worth it. Getting there through the hotel takes a bit of effort, though. The whole hotel, spa included, is accessible. The rooms are spacious, and there’s a large parking lot, although parking could be better regulated. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety, even if the choices got a little repetitive. I did miss having cakes in the morning. The lively bar also serves food at reasonable prices. No doubt, it deserves five stars.

Breakfast deserves a very high rating, and the staff speak perfect English. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of free parking right in front of the main entrance. The reception area is spacious and nice, and the well-equipped bar stays open late, with a qualified bartender serving customers. The air-conditioned rooms are large, comfortable, and very clean, as are the bathrooms. Guests can use a swimming pool and sauna for free. Wi-Fi is free and fast. Definitely worth recommending.

This is my second time here, and I wish I could stay longer. I loved the clean sauna and swimming areas, and the fitness studio was great. At the evening buffet, an extremely friendly and helpful waitress in the restaurant made extra dishes to accommodate my food allergies. The bed was comfortable and the towels were good. Breakfast, included in the room price, had a generous, high-quality selection, and parking was free.

The pool area was quite nice, with sport, recreational, and salt baths, and the sauna and therms were very good. Breakfast had a good choice of local specialties and classics, and the food was OK. The rooms are big, but I didn’t find the style attractive. My window faced the hotel entrance and the parking lights, and the thin curtains let in so much light that the room was really bright at night. Nice hotel otherwise.
