The breakfast was freshly made from a list of options, and we felt very well looked after. Our Nairobi junior suite was spotless and looked straight out of a magazine. The big single mattress was especially comfortable, so I could lie close to my husband without ending up in a gap. Just super, super, super.

I had the Tokyo room, one of several rooms decorated around different cities and countries. The cellar lounge was really cool, and breakfast was included with a nice range of choices. Staff were very friendly and let me stay working on my laptop until mid-afternoon after breakfast.

We were a team of 14 staying for a week, and the friendly, accommodating service made it a lovely visit. Self check-in worked without any problems. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and breakfast was great, especially the homemade jams. With its room designs and whole concept, the hotel felt homely. Highly recommend it for a stay in Heilbron.

Parking was the only small snag. The space behind the hotel fits about five cars, so I ended up leaving mine by the train station, which was fine. I had a very pleasant stay in the nicely decorated New York room, with a comfortable bed, air-conditioning and a little desk for my notebook. Breakfast was good too, and I’d like to come back and try another room.

I stayed in Reykjavik, a stylish room with a pleasant street view. The staff were amazingly kind, and breakfast was perfect, with fabulous croissants. It made the stay really pleasant.
