Parkhotel Heilbronn

The breakfast is really good, and the staff are very friendly. Rooms are nice and well equipped, though I missed having an espresso machine. This is my go-to hotel when I travel to Heilbronn for business.

A stylish hotel set in a park in Heilbronn, with friendly staff. Their idea that guests should leave happier than they arrived comes across in the 174 rooms and suites, the conference setup, and especially the food and drink. The line about cordiality and innovation really does fit.

We had a great view of the city, and the hotel’s location made it easy to visit the Christmas markets that took over downtown. It’s also close to local transport and not far from the railroad station. The staff are lovely, and the rooms are a good size and well kept.

The Parkhotel receptionist spoke perfect English, answered the phone, and quickly found us rooms after hearing about our situation. We’d made arrangements from NY for a surprise visit for my aunt’s 74th birthday and had booked another nearby hotel online, but it was a disaster: outdated, poorly maintained, and under renovation. Staff kept moving us between rooms because some had no heat or electricity, and my family felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave. We drove for 15 minutes to the Parkhotel and were welcomed warmly. The receptionist let us look at the rooms and showed us options on the 9th floor. For a last-minute emergency booking, the price was surprisingly reasonable. The hotel is clean and close to shops and restaurants, and the service was excellent, professional, and friendly from check-in through check-out. Thank you, Parkhotel, for making us feel welcome.
