Pension Arkade Heilbronn

Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were nice and reachable by phone. A WhatsApp call number would be useful for international guests. The automated check-in worked for late arrival, as long as your name is spelled correctly. There’s free parking in front of the building. It’s a perfect stay for 1-2 nights, and sharing the bathroom was no big deal while traveling alone.

The hotel was clean and fine, but the service was poor. Our card wouldn't work for some reason, so we had to take a bus to another hotel to change it, then travel back. That cost us three hours. Since the error was theirs, they should have brought us the card or provided a taxi.

The room was packed with people, and while it had a shower, the toilet was out in the hallway. There was no internet signal either. After I'd driven for 12 hours, the woman managing the hotel spoke arrogantly to me on the phone and told me to go get another room card. She also spoke badly about me, so I left for another guesthouse. I still haven't got back the accommodation money I paid to Arcade Heilbronn Pension. Be careful.

It was noisy all night because of the six-lane road nearby. Downstairs there was no internet, and the toilet was in the room. The shared kitchen is only on the first floor, and all it has is a microwave. There's no table where you can sit and eat.
