Ashutosh was so friendly and helpful, from checking us in to serving us at the bar and advising us on everything we needed. Thanks for such great service, and keep it up! The other ladies were wonderful too. The hotel is cozy and nice, and the location is perfect, within walking distance of the city centre. Our stay was wonderful apart from the housekeeping. We didn't get room cleaning at all, and the coffee wasn't replenished each morning. When we asked, we were told we had to request the service, so we did, but nothing happened. Fresh towels, toilet paper, and coffee and tea in the room each morning should be standard at a hotel. We'll come back soon. Thanks for everything.

Breakfast was awesome, with a really tasty spread that set me up well for a day's ride. The guys who checked us in were helpful, got us our first pint, and told us where to park the motorbikes. They also gave us great tips on places to eat. The hotel is right in the centre, and the beds were up to the usual great standard. Thank you.

I said I'd already prepaid, but the staff weren't well trained and kept demanding payment. I paid again because I planned to dispute it with my card issuer straight away. Only after taking the second payment did the hotel staff realize their mistake. They then had to refund me, which takes 5-7 working days. It took 35 minutes to sort out, and nobody even said sorry. Now there's also a 400 euro hold on my card for the next week. Never again, holiday inn.

Premier Inn made for a lovely stay. My room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view, and the location was central and convenient for exploring the area. The staff were attentive and friendly, and made me feel at home. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing stay or a stopover.
