I ended up staying here for one night after my car broke down on the highway. The hotel was clean and good, on a main street but still quiet. Public transport connects well to the area, and there are shops and other places nearby. The heating, shower, toilet and bedding were all comfortable and worked well. In the room they provide tea and coffee, two 500 ml bottles of still mineral water, and a kettle. The TV also has plenty of channels to choose from for different ages. The reception team were amazing and friendly, and got everything sorted quickly. I was tired and in a hurry, so I didn't take any photos, but you can see some on Google map. My five stars are based on what I personally needed, not the hotel's star category 😊.

We arrived quite spontaneously at around 10 pm, and the staff were very kind and understanding, even at that late hour. At other hotels, nobody might be on duty then. Checkout the next day was quick and easy, and they offered us coffee to go since breakfast was included. The rooms are surprisingly inexpensive for what you get: a mini fridge, TV, kettle, free water, a small tea selection and instant coffee. There's also a fan if the AC isn't enough. The bathrooms are spacious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The decor is straight from the late 80s or 90s, though not so over the top that it bothers you. Finding the entrance took a moment because we first turned into the Burger King parking lot underneath. The hotel's own parking lot is small, and it takes good parking skills to get into a spot. The entrance location isn't ideal, but the hotel is in a good area for trips to and from Heilbronn. Highly recommended for travellers, business trips, or anyone who likes a bit of retro style. A big thanks to the staff for being so kind and helpful.

We were a family with a small child and found this a good value stopover for one night. Breakfast was good, and the hotel's private parking makes it ideal if you're travelling by car.

The reception service was lovely, and breakfast had an exceptional choice. We had a lovely room at the back on the top floor, with comfortable beds and a spacious shower. Perfect for a short stay. Thank you.
