We only stopped for one night, but the owner's photos bore little resemblance to what we found. It was dirty, with exposed wires, a narrow, steep staircase that even an average-sized person would struggle to climb, and access to our room through a warehouse. We were there with our three children and managed only six hours of sleep. The beds were worn out, the TV didn't work, and a window was broken and wouldn't shut properly. We used a master key that opens all the apartments. When we asked to use the alarm system for some security, we were told it was broken. The trip left me incredibly angry and disgusted.

We couldn't stay in Apartment 9 with our two children because some of the conditions felt life-threatening. Access is through a warehouse, there are exposed cables, and firewood is stored in the escape route. We were handed a master key that could open any apartment, and the stairs are extremely narrow and steep. The TV is broken, with an old, dirty note suggesting it has been that way for a while. The floor hadn't even been vacuumed and was heavily soiled. There's plaster on the stairs, missing baseboards, and very dirty walls, sink and bathtub. The online descriptions differ greatly from the actual furnishings. I strongly advise against booking this apartment. The five-star rating is from the manager, so it isn't representative. Unfortunately, zero stars aren't an option.

The apartments are quite spacious and fairly decent for the price, though very rustic. Getting in was the problem: nobody was there, and we hadn't been contacted with instructions. The booking confirmation only said someone would be on site. Luckily, guests in another apartment had a key that opened both places and let us in. The mobile number we had only reached voicemail. It's a shame check-in went so badly.

Dirt, cold water, and nothing else. I agree with the earlier review, zero stars should be possible. Please steer clear of this place.
