Hotel Naturtraum

The host made us feel more like unwelcome intruders expecting service than guests. The dog smell was overpowering, and the so-called guest room was anything but inviting. The rooms are run-down, with filthy surfaces, torn wallpaper in places, and furniture and walls in terrible condition. The dogs are kept in the building when there are no guests, which seems to be most of the time. I can only warn people away and strongly advise against booking. This place doesn't deserve to be called a hotel, or even to get one star.

The evening snack was good, and I liked the balcony and the view. But I didn't feel comfortable staying here, and can't recommend it. My room smelled musty, with spiders and cobwebs, a neglected carpet, and a moldy shower curtain. There was no closet. The hallway smelled of dogs, the balcony was dirty, and the windows hadn't been cleaned. The breakfast shown online was nothing like what was actually served. Those pictures must be years old.

The only thing about the stay that was quite okay was breakfast. Guests seem to be treated as a nuisance, while the host's dog breeding takes center stage, right inside the “hotel.” There were dog beds, hair, and dog smell everywhere, and guests have to fit around the dogs' daily routine. The host's friendliness felt more like aggressive annoyance.

The host was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. The room decor, especially in the bathrooms, looked like it was from the 80s, but everything was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed, including fresh towels. Breakfast was adequate. Very good value for the price 👍
