WiFi worked well, and the staff were helpful when I needed directions. I was there for three business nights; the location right on the market square was handy, with restaurants a short walk away. The room was clean, though the sliding door to a patio was locked, which felt odd. There was no breakfast, but a bakery is nearby. I'd skip the hotel's parking and use the paid lot around the corner, which was much easier and cheaper to get in and out of.
The automatic check-in and check-out were convenient, and the bed and bathroom were good. Having a kettle in the room was a real plus. The only thing I'd change is the strong air freshener smell. It was definitely better than I expected!
The staff were amazing, and the rooms look really great. It's right on the main square, too. Simply amazing!
Cosy, quiet, and clean.
Parking is good for a hotel in the city center, except when the Christmas market is on. The rooms are clean and really nice, too. I travel somewhere different every day for my field service job, and after seven years of that, I can say the welcome here from the lovely staff and the restaurant owner downstairs was especially warm. Nothing but praise for this place :)
