Ferienwohnungen & Appartements Anke Plöger

I wouldn’t choose this apartment for a long stay, though it might be fine for two or three nights. Each unit has its own entrance, house number, and parking spot, plus a washing machine and dryer. It’s cleaned weekly, with fresh sheets and freshly washed towels, but the towels smell really unpleasant. The heating goes off at 10 pm and doesn’t come back on until 6:30 am, which left the bathroom cold when I showered in the morning. The courtyard parking area has no lighting, and there’s no toilet paper. The landlady and cleaning staff ring the bell, then unlock the front door before it has even stopped ringing, so there’s no privacy. My request to use a portable air conditioner was firmly refused, even after I offered to cover the extra electricity. Gardening and needed repairs are done on Saturdays, when the workers could actually be getting some sleep. My employer rented the apartment for over six months. At the end, he was billed €300 for what was called extreme cleaning and for repairs I believe were imaginary. It makes me wonder what the cleaning staff did each week. I didn’t break anything, and would have reported it if I had. In fact, I repaired the clothes dryer and changed a few lightbulbs.

We’ve stayed here twice now and would definitely recommend it. The apartments are tastefully furnished and decorated, and were perfectly clean. The landlady was friendly throughout; she calls before check-in and gives you her PIN.

Everything was perfect for me: a lovely apartment in a quiet spot where you can relax, with everything nearby. I’ll definitely return 🫶🫶🫶

I’m done dealing with Ms. Plöger. I first contacted her about an apartment on January 5, 2025. She was ill at the time and said she would take care of it. I emailed her later that same day, then called five days later, on January 10, to ask what was happening. She promised to get back to me the next day, but didn’t. I sent another email on January 12 and got no reply. She has our phone number too. I’ve only seen positive reviews here, and right now I can’t understand or agree with them.
