Ferienwohnung Charly

Set in a lovely little village in the middle of nowhere, this apartment is ideal if you want real peace and enjoy hiking in nature. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. The place is bright, clean, and comfortably furnished, with everything needed for everyday life, and it looks just like the photos. The Kleins are friendly without being intrusive, always happy to chat, and easy to reach if you need something for the apartment. We felt right at home.

The automatic lights in the hallway and shower were the one drawback, so I’d give it 4.5 stars. The shower is a bit cramped and has a small sink, but it works properly. Otherwise, the home was super clean, with a lovely living room and good furniture, plus a modern kitchen equipped with everything. The bedroom and beds were great, and the bed linen was nice. It’s in a very quiet area with a stunning view, and we got a very friendly welcome. Excellent value for money, and definitely recommended!

The kitchen window has a breathtaking view, including Wildenburg Castle, and there are hiking trails right behind the house. It’s a paradise for hikers. The balcony is lovely too, especially in warm weather. We’ve just returned from our Christmas and New Year’s 2021/2022 vacation, and it was simply wonderful. The apartment is fantastic, clean, fully equipped, cozy, and incredibly peaceful. The owners were friendly and welcoming, and we felt right at home. We’d love to come back another time if the weather stays consistently good. Many thanks to the Klein family in Hellenthal. We highly recommend the Charly holiday apartment and fondly remember our relaxing break. All the best to the Kleins from Bettina & Markus, and hopefully see you again soon!

The apartment was great, and the owner was so friendly. It’s in a great location and has everything you need. I’d definitely recommend it.
