You can tell right away that the chef is in the kitchen and really knows what he’s doing. I had the pleasure of trying the three-course meal, and it was a delight from beginning to end. The fresh ingredients, careful craft, and attention to detail all stood out.
We were thrilled with the hosts, who were so welcoming, and the menu was delicious. The service and friendliness made everything feel just right. We had the pleasure of putting on an Italian music evening at Landgasthaus Westerwälderhof on 26.04.2025. We were delighted with the whole evening, and would gladly return. Absolutely recommend it! The food was delicious, nicely presented, and varied, and even our little one thought it tasted great. We only came for a meal, but really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. The new owners are making an effort to live up to the "country inn" name, and the friendly staff explained they had only recently taken over. We were very satisfied. I understand animal lovers, but when I’m going to eat I try to be considerate of both the place and the dog. Some people always seem to think their dog has to come into the restaurant, though that wasn’t the case before. Dogs had to stay outside, as they do in many shops.
Such a lovely evening with friends, great food, and really friendly service. Thanks so much, we’ll be back! 😌
