I was there for a few months and found the house really good. The kitchen has everything, though the fridge felt a little small for a longer stay. The owner was friendly, and parking on the street was free, so that wasn’t an issue. It was cleaned weekly. I also really enjoyed the garden and terrace in summer. The area was quiet, with no trouble from traffic, neighbors, or other noise.

The shower was amazing, and the apartment had everything we needed. We spent a week here while our students were on an exchange with the highschool of Helmstedt. The owner was kind and showed us how everything worked. We loved the place and would definitely recommend it and come back.

A very friendly couple runs these well-kept, modern places, with everything you need. I was very satisfied and hope my company rents from them again if we have another construction site nearby. You can find accommodation either in Helmstedt itself or a little farther out in Emmernstedt. Best regards, Schütze

We’d be happy to stay again. The landlord was helpful and very friendly, and the apartment itself was very good. In summer, the terrace is a lovely quiet spot. We highly recommend it.
