A clean place with helpful, nice people and a fair price for what you get. Just be aware that reception closes at 2200. If you’re arriving late, call ahead and they’ll leave your room open with the key inside.

I stayed for 4 nights, from Oct 22 till Oct 26, 2012. The place was absolutely quiet at night, but there was little else to do but sleep in awful conditions. Leaving felt like a release from the nausea. I’ve rarely had such a bad experience entering a hotel, and the whole environment really brought me down psychologically. There were technical and organisational problems everywhere: the TV remote didn’t work, the devices looked ugly, and there were perfumes and cigarette smoke smells all over. Everything seemed lousy. The duckboard was mounted backwards, with the head part at the lower end. The downy bedding was sickeningly dirty, with blood or sweat spots. My conclusion: a disgusting stay. I can’t recommend it. Never, never again! P.S. Ideal if you don’t need to stay connected. There was no mobile network, and WLAN was expensive because it ran through a T-Online Hot-Spot. Nostalgia included.
