The staff at the restaurant were helpful, and the woman who checked me in was especially pleasant. Most of the other staff seemed annoyed whenever I needed something. The rooms were clean, but very basic, with old fittings, and the food options were limited and only satisfactory. It feels very dated and expensive for what you get.

A car accident nearby left us needing a place for the night, so this was an unplanned stop. The staff looked after us well, especially the receptionists and the breakfast waitress. We were delighted by the stay, particularly the enormous family room, the biggest we’ve ever had in a hotel. The beds were good, and so was breakfast.

It’s a bit out of the way without a car, though driving makes it easy to reach Bonn and other nearby places. The rooms are decent, with good beds and a bathroom that’s a reasonable size and well equipped. Service was good, and I can’t point to anything specific to complain about. It’s a solid place, though it feels more like a three-star hotel.

There’s plenty of space and the business facilities are good, with lots of meeting options and ample parking. The location in a business park works well for people traveling on the motorway. The rooms are big, but lack style and comfort, and the 70s look feels a bit cheap. I didn’t try the food. For value I’d give it four stars, though I wouldn’t rate the hotel itself that highly.
