We left after just one night, though leaving early wasn’t a problem. The hotel was modern and very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was fine, if nothing special. We’d booked a double room with three beds for two nights, but the third bed was so narrow and hard that we worried about it as soon as we saw it. About an hour after our son went to bed, he fell out. We switched around, with one adult taking the narrow bed and the other sharing the double with him. None of us got much sleep that night.

The hotel was clean and new, with rooms at very affordable prices. I’m writing especially to recognize Mr. Christopher Klimek. On 19 Apr, I was driving from Belgium to Copenhagen and had planned to stay near Hamburg, but couldn’t find anywhere there. After calling around, I reached Christopher. We arrived to check in at 0200, after the front desk had closed, but he still came out to help us. He was professional and cordial, and when we checked out the next day, he went out of his way to help us find a restaurant for lunch. He’s a gem and a fantastic representative of the company.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, breakfast was good, and there was plenty of free parking. The staff were helpful too. Wi-Fi was the one real drawback, it was very bad.

There’s nowhere to relax outdoors on a sunny day, as the hotel has no garden. The rooms are small, there’s no restaurant, and reception is only open until 21.

The breakfast was really tasty, and the hotel felt cozy and comfortable.
