It has a bit of a road movie feel. The place is affordable for an overnight stay and might be worth a detour. Breakfast is simple but enough, and the staff are a little odd, though helpful. It seems to be used mainly by technicians and construction workers. The facilities definitely need renovation.
We only spent one night here, and that was plenty. There were stains on the sheets, and the bed looked unclean. The room felt grimy, as if it hadn’t been washed properly. Worse, we found a centipede crawling under the bed and on the wall. It was clear to us that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. Basic hygiene and cleanliness shouldn’t be optional.
We stayed for four nights. The room was nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly and pleasant.
The room itself was okay, but the reception person’s attitude wasn’t. We’d booked a 20-square-metre room and were given one measuring 13 square metres instead. When I raised it, the receptionist said, “How can you think you will get this room with the price you paid?” Whether I got a discount with a coupon or a deal shouldn’t be his concern.
The four-bed room worked well for our family, and it was very quiet. Friendly, helpful staff and a good breakfast, all at a budget price. A very decent place.
