Ferienwohnung Andreas

A clean, comfortable place with all the amenities you could want. It’s easy to get to and close to Europa Park, with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Parking is right outside the house, and it’s easy to reach from the highway, just a few kilometers away. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and very well kept, with a well-equipped kitchen. There was a vase of fresh flowers on the living room table, and flowers all around the front of the house, including a lovely little garden just outside the bedroom.

The landlord offered no apology, refund, or anything else. The apartment was filthy, and my guest had to clean the bathroom and toilet before she could use them. There were crumbs and dirt throughout the refrigerator and kitchen, and the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed. The whole place felt lived in. I booked it for a guest through Booking.com. I can’t leave a review there, though I would have liked to, since there are only positive reviews. I wish I could give this zero stars. ☹️

We agreed to cancel, but by then I was tired and annoyed and had to spend the evening looking for somewhere else at a poor price. It took far too long for the landlady to call back, and the whole experience was really unpleasant. I’d booked through Booking.com, but when I arrived the key box was empty and the apartment was occupied. After several attempts, the neighbor, who is the landlady’s grandmother, tried to help. I can’t leave a review here, but I wanted to share what happened.
