We chose BOJE06, also called Heimathafen, because it was a third cheaper than the Strandhotel Ostseeblick right in front of it for the weekend. The hotel handles check-in and reception, and the staff there were friendly and professional throughout. You can also use several of the hotel’s features and services. That link to the hotel is a big plus, and the reason I’m giving four stars. BOJE itself is nice too. The rooms are attractively decorated, even the wall photos, and the SPA looks very nice. The downside is how the bathroom is boxed into the room, leaving very little space around the bed. Breakfast is basic but enough. The location is great. I wouldn’t put the room at €200 a night, though that seems to be the going rate here. I think next time we’ll stay at the hotel instead.

We were happy with our short stay, and the room was clean. It was attractive and comfortable for the price, and the sauna was small but pleasant, though it didn't open until 4 pm. Breakfast was served across the street at Strandhotel Ostseeblick, where we also checked in. The room there was lovely, the buffet had plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The one real problem was the very loud vacuuming in the hallway outside our door at about 7 on Sunday morning. I don't think that's acceptable.

Being able to have breakfast at the affiliated Strandhotel Ostseeblick in winter is a real treat. The panoramic view of the Baltic Sea from that breakfast room is stunning, and I think it's the most beautiful one in the world. The staff there are so friendly, and the wellness facilities are great. Everyone was ready to help with whatever we needed. Our stay at Boje06 was lovely too. The hotel is stylish, the room was comfortable, and the bed felt great. Room service was attentive and very friendly. The price felt excellent, and there's even a discount for train passengers. Couldn't ask for more!
