The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had on the North or Baltic Seas, and there was even a little kettle for tea and instant coffee. We spent nine days here at the end of June in the historic building, enjoying its lovely balcony. Nothing to complain about, just wonderful. Both owners were friendly, capable, and helpful. We’ll definitely come back.

The breakfast was fantastic, with an impressive range of choices, even compared with large hotel chains. Everything was carefully prepared and top quality. Haus Alexander is close to good restaurants and lovely forest hiking trails. The pier and beach in Heringsdorf are only a short walk away, yet the hotel itself is very peaceful. We got such a warm welcome that we felt at home right away, and our bright, inviting room had everything we needed. We’ll stay here again if we return to Heringsdorf.
