We stayed in apartment number 22. It’s spacious and has everything you need, but the cleanliness could have been better. A few simple changes would make it feel more modern. Right now, everything has a 2000s feel: the curtains, pillows, and mattresses could all use replacing. The furniture is functional but not especially stylish, and the kitchenette could use an update too. There was an unpleasant, almost chemical smell in the building every day. Still, the location and building itself are excellent.

The location is great: the promenade is right behind the building, and a small gate opens straight onto the beach, about 100m away. The apartment even has its own beach chair. There’s an underground garage for parking and a private bicycle storage room. Excellent value for money, though be sure to remove the battery from any e-bikes kept in the bike room, at least overnight, since the risk of theft is high. Apt. 6 is on the ground floor of a 24-unit building. It’s a fantastic, spacious holiday apartment and very well equipped, with a small terrace looking out over the Baltic Sea.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, though it shows some wear, such as quite faded curtains. Villa Meeresrauschen sits right by the Baltic Sea and the beach promenade, between Bansin and Heringsdorf. There’s an underground garage, and the bus stop is a two-minute walk away. You can ride the bus with your visitor's card. Our apartment 8 was on the first floor.

Guests feel at home here. The hostess really makes an effort to ensure you’re satisfied and delivers 100%. The location and service are perfect. Thank you!
