Katerina made our short vacation special with a warm welcome and help throughout our three-night stay. The room was spacious, and we enjoyed the generous, varied breakfast and dinner buffets. We also rented bikes from the hotel and went on an excursion to Poland. The spa area is rather small, but we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and lunch and dinner were a la carte. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was very friendly and keen to handle special requests. Because of COVID, pool use was limited and the sauna unavailable, but everything was clean and safe. Renovations were underway in March 2022, though the disturbance was minimal. I’d stay here again.

We enjoyed staying in the Seeschloss, one of the neighboring apartments in the hotel complex. Each room has a tiny kitchenette, but we had to ask the desk to have housekeeping bring a kettle and pot before we could use it. The free Wi-Fi was newly installed and unsecured, though that wasn’t mentioned in the room information. I’d use a VPN to protect login details and other sensitive data. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. One evening, the hot water heater for our area failed, so we called the main desk. Cold showers weren’t fun for little kids after a day at the beach, but it was fixed by morning. The hotel restaurant serves a breakfast buffet with local food, and other meals are on your own. Some items may seem strange or off-putting to foreigners, but the Quarkkuchen are highly recommended if they’re available.

A beautiful spot almost right on the beach, with shops within walking distance and bike rental nearby. The staff were friendly and spoke English, and everything was clean.

The food quality was unbeatable, and the staff were friendly. Amazing hotel, and I had a great experience.
