The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, and sitting out on the terrace with a sea view was especially nice. Check-in was seamless, with all the key information sent by WhatsApp before we arrived. The hotel's own car park is about a five-minute walk away, and the rooms were comfortably furnished. We spent a short break at the Panorama Hotel in Bansin, right by the beach, and had a wonderful time.

The breakfast was excellent, with salads, spreads, fish, and something for everyone. Having a view of the Baltic Sea while eating made it almost perfect. The whole hotel was very clean, and the rooms had everything needed for a short trip, though they could be a bit bigger for a longer stay. We got clear WhatsApp instructions about parking and check-in beforehand, and self check-in went smoothly. The lot isn't right at the hotel, but they make that clear in advance. It has a barrier, and maneuvering can be tricky when lots of cars are parked there.

The Panorama Hotel is beautiful, right on the promenade with a fantastic direct view of the Baltic Sea. The WhatsApp details before arrival were helpful, and checking in without staff on site worked really well. I'd definitely recommend it. I took off one star for breakfast, since I expected a little more variety from a 3-star hotel, though I know that's a minor complaint.

We stayed at the Panorama Hotel from November 7th to 9th, 2025, and it was wonderful again. The staff are excellent, and both the hotel and room 314 are pretty and clean. The breakfast room has a fantastic sea view, and breakfast was delicious, with everything you could need. We'd love to come back!

We had a very bad experience with the hotel's staff. They spoke to us incredibly rudely and unfriendly, even saying they would stoop to our level. The way they handled the reservation service was awful. A hotel operator should give guests a positive impression instead of treating them in such a nasty, unpleasant way. It seems like this hotel doesn't want any more guests. Their hospitality was abysmal.
