We always end up coming back. The food is first-class, the rooms are great, and the service and location are just as good. Definitely a hotel I’d call first-class.

Apartment 19 was fantastic and had everything we needed. It was very well maintained, and Ms. Diepenkofen was so friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend it. Thanks again so much.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and nicely decorated, with all the essentials for a holiday despite the furnishings not being brand new. It’s in a fantastic spot, fairly close to the Bansin promenade. From the balcony you see greenery, though not the lake. There’s an underground parking space, bicycle storage, and an elevator in the building. A couple of things need attention: the dining room light was broken, and the dishwasher door wouldn’t close properly.

The poor cleanliness was still not sorted out after I complained. The living room layout was awkward too, with the sofa making it cramped and difficult to open the patio door. The double bed was far too low. The problems may have been minor, but I wouldn’t rent this place again for a full week.
